"Linda is adamant on sticking with what we want to do and she never inserts herself. She clears everything I have to say with my husband since it’s my husband’s mother – which I like. She’s very explanatory when we have a question or don’t understand something. And when she sends us an explanation in email, if we don’t respond she follows up with us to make sure we understand. Linda is a very good listener and very caring. So far she has helped us achieve what we started out for.​​"
